In my life I have tried different methods to lose weight:
- By self-regulating
- Stop eating
- Miraculous diets with “magic powders” for shakes and soups
- Various supplements in tablets and drinks to drain/tone/burn calories/fat faster or to suppress the appetite
- Smoothie-based diet
- Do more physical activity
- Various alimentary detoxification paths / treatments
- Specific massage treatments
- Diet program with a team of doctors in hospital
Initially I lost weight to some extent and then, after a short while, I gained it back. Why was I not able to lose weight?
In May 2020 I found the key, The Answer!
At the age of 50 I gifted myself a new beginning, a new life.

For the first time in my life, I lost weight without any struggle, without doing sports, without having to give up anything, without feeling hungry and without hearing that insistent voice of “craving”! For the first time in my adult life, I found myself in the “healthy weight” category.
My first goal was to lose weight, then after a few weeks I realized that my health was improving a lot and that I felt much better. I had an incredible feeling of freedom. Finally, I felt free from shame, low self-esteem, and despair. My life had transformed from A to Z!
Now I can do whatever I want. Be who I want. Dress how I want. Simply put – I have transformed into the best version of myself!
I’m sure this is the lasting solution for me because step by step, creating new habits and applying mindful tools, I have reprogrammed my brain and my relationship with food.
For the first time in my life, I am not afraid I will gain the weight back and this for me is the true definition of a Successful Transformation!
