In my life I have tried different methods to lose weight:

  • By self-regulating
  • Stop eating 
  • Miraculous diets with “magic powders” for shakes and soups 
  • Various supplements in tablets and drinks to drain/tone/burn calories/fat faster or to suppress the appetite
  • Smoothie-based diet  
  • Do more physical activity 
  • Various alimentary detoxification paths / treatments
  • Specific massage treatments  
  • Diet program with a team of doctors in hospital 

Initially I lost weight to some extent and then, after a short while, I gained it back. Why was I not able to lose weight? 

In May 2020 I found the key, The Answer!

At the age of 50 I gifted myself a new beginning, a new life.

I’m sure this is the lasting solution for me because step by step, creating new habits and applying mindful tools, I have reprogrammed my brain and my relationship with food. 

For the first time in my life, I am not afraid I will gain the weight back and this for me is the true definition of a Successful Transformation!
